Short comings of Animal based diet

As per recent research we are trying to give light on some factors which can be some shortcomings of regular animal based diet,

  1. animal based foods are undoubtedly high in protein but it contains unsaturated cholesterol that can cause hyper cholesterol diseases and high blood pressure. Even too much animal fat may cause heart attack.
  2. animal based foods are very low in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, etc. So you need supplements to recover their deficiency.
  3. animal based foods consumption increase the risk of heart diseases.
  4. it also may increase cancer diseases, if you are daily consuming in a alt amounts.
  5. it lowers the stamina and men power. In some study its proven that a plant based food eater athlete is more fit and charged than meat eater.
  6. animal based food makes our brain rough and stress can easily attack us.

It is scientifically proven that Plant based food has unlimited benefits. And our ancestors among them who were great athlete, great warriors,  great yoddhas. Some of the benefits are,
