Are you very much conscious about your fitness? You have no idea about fitness or diet? You don't know when you should start?

Actually if you want to be fit, there is no age limit for that. You can start it at any age and you should maintain that throughout whole life. One thing you must know is about heavy weight lifting. If you are below 18, my suggestion is that you should not go for heavy weight lifting, you can do cardio, gymnastics, warmup, pullups, running etc. Otherwise if you are above 18 or 20 you can go for weight lifting and all other exercises.
